TITLE OF PROJECT - Quotation for Unett St Smethwick Play area refurb

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Sandwell MBC invites a quotation for the following refurbishment of Unett Street Play Area:

Refurbish old play area and associated surfaces, equipment, fence etc.

Undertake hard and soft landscaping in the areas of the old play area.

Undertake hard and soft landscaping for the installation in a new location of new play equipment and safety surfaces etc.

Supply & install new play equipment as per specifications and all BS EN 1176 & BS EN 1177 standards.

Supply & install safety surface to comply with specifications and all BS EN 1176 & BS EN 1177 standards.

Undertake all associated specified works including, fencing, painting etc

Potential size and scope of requirement (volume and/or budget) - £95,000.00

Overview of key objectives/desired outcomes - To provide a modernised and diverse play area that will cater for children of all abilities and ages between 2 years and 12 years.

All equipment and safety surfaces should comply with BS EN 1176 and BS EN 1177
