Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.
The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to;
The site comprises 1no detached 2 storey block of 4no flats located within a site enclosed by Woodcot Crescent in the Leigh Park housing area of Havant. The block is primarily used for social housing with 3no Portsmouth City Council residents and 1no leaseholder residing.
The block has associated front a rear gardens, primarily accessed via the ground floor flats. The block has associated shed structures positioned within the rear gardens areas of the block.
Residents will remain insitu for the duration of the works and their amenities and facilities must remain in full working order throughout the duration of the contract period.
The property entrance doors to each flat are of PVC double glazed doors all providing access at ground floor level. The first floor flats have a private internal staircase which provides access to the associated flats.
The property entrance windows to the front elevation are included as part of a screen system including a PVC frame, double glazed lights and timber infill panels. Property windows to the rear of the property are of PVC frame with double glazed lights.
A minimum requirement of this project is that Suppliers must be a member of the Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors (A.S.U.C) and provide proof as part of your return and that any works have a 12 year warranty.
