Equans Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake refurbishment works within two buildings (office and welfare) located within Doughty Road Depot, in Grimsby.
The Authority requires one Principal Contractor to undertake both elements of the Office and Welfare Building Renovations. This tender has not been divided into lots.
