The City invites expressions of interest for: 21 New Street refurbishment works.
The contract will be a design and build works contract encompassing;
| • | Contractor technical design (to RIBA Stage 4) |
| • | Refurbishment and fit-out of office and ancillary spaces (Cat A) |
| • | Upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical services |
Refurbishment is required to approximately 4,700m2 (50,600 sqft) of 21 New Street, City of London, EC2M 4TP.
The works budget is circa £3,000,000.
The target construction start date is February 2017 with completion for August 2017.
The contract type will be an amended NEC3 Option A: Priced Contract with Activity Schedule.
