Medway Council wants an external consultant to carry out research and information gathering in line with the requirements of the Domestic Abuse Bill 2020. Following this, to provide a detailed accommodation needs assessment for people in this group in a written report and recommendations for further actions in line with local authority responsibilities laid out in the Domestic Abuse Bill.
