description
The Client intends to appoint a suitable Contractor to complete the replacement and addition of light fittings, distribution equipment and control gear serving parking decks and lift lobbies of multi-storey public car park, with provisional items for renewal of stairwell lighting.
The Client will appoint the contractor formally using a JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2011 Edition) with contract particulars completed as per the details contained within the Tender Preliminaries.
All electrical works must only be carried out by NICEIC (or equivalent) registered persons.
