The Tender requirements are for the replacement of the existing fire doors, frames and associated ironmongery to all 38 individual flats, Wardens Office, staff room, laundry, hairdressing salon, lift machine room and six store rooms with one hour fire resistant doors and frames. To include all associated works required.
