Catering concession - King George V (Car Park) 2020 - 2023

Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is inviting bids for a mobile hot and cold food and drink offer at King George V car park from suitable qualified operators.

The pitch is offered with a 3 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 12 months, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.

The initial contract term can start from 01/01/2020 at the earliest.

The offer must include the sale of hot and cold food and drinks and the Council's preference is for offers to be a healthy offer or include healthy options. Offers that include the sale of alcohol will be considered.

The concession must be removed at the end of each trading day and therefore will need to be mobile. No external furniture will be permitted on site.

The successful bidder will deliver a rental income to the Council £3,000 per annum. Rental income will be reviewed every 12 months in line with CPI.
