Provision of Systems Leadership Training for Kent, Surrey and Sussex

Medway Council are seeking a provider to deliver a Systems Leadership Training Programme for Directors of Public Health and Senior Public Health professionals for delivery in early 2017. This will cover Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and Medway. This programme follows on from an initial cohort undertaking a Leadership programme in 2015 and focusses on developing a group of senior Public Health professionals. The leadership training should help embed new tools, techniques, approaches and behaviour's to form a culture of peer support and learning. This training is to be focused around 3 specific themes; our 'self' as leaders different perspectives and building a stronger 'us' taking action 'now'. The specification includes planning, preparation and delivery of at least 4 days of training (per candidate) focussed on the above areas as well as a full evaluation report and recommendations for future training needs.
