description
Health Education England working across the North wishes to engage an education provider to deliver an internship programme of research training to non-medical healthcare professionals, including nurses, midwifes and allied health professionals (AHPs)
As well as an educational component, the programme must provide learners with the experience of delivering research, and will be completed alongside the healthcare professional's current clinical role.
The main focus of these internships is on registered health professionals who do not already hold a research qualification and they are designed to provide an introduction to all aspects and roles across clinical academic research from trial design, data management through to undertaking research in a clinical environment.
The education provider will supply education and training including the management of the whole process from recruitment through to completion of programme.
