Marble Hill Revived - Conservation of Marble Hill House

A main contractor is sought to deliver conservation and capital works to the Grade 1 listed Marble Hill House as part of the Marble Hill Revived project.

English Heritage intends to appoint a main contractor under a Traditional Contract with the Architect as Contract Administrator and Lead consultant.

The appointment process is in two stages: the shortlisting of tenderers via the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), followed by the Invitation to Tender.

This is the first stage. In expressing an interest to this project, you gain access the PQQ documents which ask contractors to demonstrate their technical and professional ability, and, previous relevant experience of working with Listed Buildings in sensitive heritage settings.
