description
The University of Southampton (University) has a requirement to procure an off the shelf Careers software package. The Student Services/Career Destination teams handle an average of 13,502 queries each month and perform a variety of functions which require purchase of new software support. The chosen solution will allow Career Destinations to work with a professional, modern, fit for purpose system which requires minimal adaptation prior to roll out.
The new system will provide the University with a tool to deliver streamlined, efficient and professional interactions to both Students and Employers. The delivered solution will facilitate a one stop shop for employability that enables a synergy of employability initiatives from across the University. By providing Students and Employers with a predominantly automated service, users will be empowered to take ownership for development of their own opportunities.
