Milton Keynes Station Square - Soft Landscaping Phase

The Station Square asset is public realm space that has been in distress for some time. However, through a series of dedicated improvements and enhancements to the space we can ensure that it is a safe, stable, usable and well managed space as intended that continues to deliver on its original vision and utilisation while not risking or detracting from the longer term redevelopment opportunity.

This tender relates to improvements in soft landscaping specifically to reinstate areas of planting lost or now overmature.

The tendered works include planting four planters at Station Square situated by Elder Gate and replacement of trees. These are to be planted in engineered tree pits and involve some hard landscaping works associated with lifting and excavating the pits, installing the tree pit components and installing the finished surface dressing of Breedon Gravel.
