To help achieve this, the Council is seeking compliant tenders for construction works for provision of the proposed community facility in Beggarwood Park, Beggarwood, Basingstoke

The Council has proposed the following timetable for this Tender process:

Dispatch of ITT: Monday 17 Oct 16

Questions & Answers: Monday 17 Oct – Wednesday 9 Nov 16

Return of Tender: Wednesday 16 Nov 16, 16:00:00

Evaluation of Tender: Thursday 17 Nov 16 – Friday 25 Nov 16

Interviews: Thursday 8 Dec –Friday 9 Dec 16 Notification of Contract Award: Wednesday 14 Dec 16 Commencement of Mobilisation Period: Monday 19 Dec 16 Commencement of Work on Site*: Monday 6 Feb 17 Completion of Site works & Handover*: Friday 1 Sept 17 Note*: Dates to be confirmed with successful Tenderer.

The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers’ Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
