Side Stream Filtration System Replacement

The works will comprise of the replacement of the side stream filtration system at the International Maritime Organization (IMO), 4 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7SR. This will be a single stage fixed price lump sum contract.

The proposed contract includes:

• the production of a written strategy for the flushing, chemical cleaning and water treatment for the IMO;
• a complete water treatment to the low temperature heating water (LTHW) and the chilled water (CHW); and
• the completed replacement of the side stream filtration system to the LTHW and CHW systems.

The works need to be coordinated with the on-going building use to ensure that no disruption is caused to the occupants.
