The Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking to appoint a consultant with experience in delivering equal pay audits to undertake a review and report on
| • | The Service’s pay related policies, procedures and practice; |
| • | Undertake analysis of pay outcomes, based on base pay and total pay in order to identify any pay gaps between men and women; |
| • | Identify any potential equal pay issues; |
| • | Provide a detailed report setting out conclusions and recommendations. |
This is a one-off project which will need to be delivered by the end of December 2016.
