Market Testing for Funeral Service at Wexham Park Hospital

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (FHFT) is intending to procure the Funeral service for its Wexham Park Hospital site. Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust intends to go for a fixed term contract for a period of three years with an option to extend further for a period of XXX (xxx months at a time). The indicative annual contract value is GBP 30,000.00.

The service will be for end to end funeral service and it might involve basic adult funeral, monthly communal service and cremation for products of conception at Slough Crematorium, burial of products of conception, monthly communal service for non-viable foetuses at Slough Crematorium, cremation for still born babies at Slough Crematorium and transportation/transfer for post mortem examination from Heathwood/Wexham Park Hospitals to the John Radcliff Hospital,Oxford for post-mortem.

Potential providers with relevant capability and experience to deliver this service are required to express an interest if they are interested in bidding for this service should the Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust decide to carry out a competitive tender exercise and publishes a Contract Notice for this requirement.
