A presentation of the current model and a presentation of the potential new models will take place followed by an opportunity for attendees to comment on the CCG’s potential changes to the care of the frail elderly population of the borough. The event will help the CCG to understand the market and supplier offerings prior to deciding to going to market or not. The discussion will address the potential timeline for any change.

The CCG will ensure that competition is not distorted by the participation of any supplier who contributes to this pre-market engagement event.

The slides presented by the CCG and any Information received on the day will be recorded and shared with other interested parties via “the Chest”: https://www.the-chest.org.uk

The recorded feedback from 4 November 2016 will be shared and its use in informing or shaping a new model will be explained to all potential bidders at the Bidder Event and feedback from the Bidder Event will be available on the CHEST should the CCG tender for these services.

Potential suppliers may decide to create a ‘Chinese wall’ between those involved in the pre-market engagement and those involved in any subsequent tender process should they deem this necessary.

Interested parties should register their intention to attend via message on the Chest.

If you have any queries regarding this notice please use the message facility on the Chest.
