Provision of a Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service in Redcar and Cleveland,. The Service will include:- Women's' Refuge Service (in partnership with Coast and Country Housing) Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) Sanctuary Scheme Children's Therapeutic and Outreach Support to reduce the impact of domestic abuse
