Educate and Equip (Professionals)
Providing couple relationship education and support awareness to frontline practitioners and supporting professionals.
The aim of this tender exercise is to appoint a supplier(s) to promote the importance of and skills required for good relationships amongst couples and individuals at key transition points in their lives via those practitioners or relationship support professionals that they encounter.
Training should aim to give practitioners the skills and knowledge to engage with their service users on relationship issues; recognise signs of relationship distress; handle these issues where appropriate; and signpost on to further support where necessary. This should also include training for relationship support professionals.
