IELTS Official Partner Testing Points - multiple locations in EU

The British Council is looking for service providers in a range of cities and countries in the EU who will provide an end-to-end Test Day service to IELTS on Computer test-takers, including the provision of the Test Day venue, venue staff (Invigilators and IT Technician) and Test Day equipment. The British Council will facilitate pre-test and post-test activities, such as registration, apportionment, test marking and results. Tests will be marked by the British Council. The British Council will also provide and cover the cost of Speaking Test Examiners who will deliver Speaking tests remotely to the Test Takers taking the test at supplier's premises.

Additional information: Bidders will be required to register on British Council`s e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil in order to take part in the tender process.

Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return.

Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and `means of proof` will be required. These conditions are outlined in the ITT.
