North Lincolnshire Council wish to appoint an experienced, talented and multi-disciplinary masterplanning team to prepare a Strategic Design Guide for the Lincolnshire Lakes development (a 6000 home sustainable urban extension based around 5 new lakes to the west of Scunthorpe). This is a flagship project for the Council and planning and design enabling advice is support is being provided through the Homes and Communities Agency's ATLAS team (Advisory Team for Large Applications)
