Quotation for Facilitation Support of a Borough Conference

In Sandwell, we have spent some time over the last 18 months developing a Vision 2030 with our partners and residents and have done a great deal of engagement to build our relationships. Now is the time to turn all those conversations into priorities and joint action.

To this end, we are planning to hold a Borough Conference in July 2019 (c.100 people) to bring together partners across the borough and jointly agree actions for the next few years. We are seeking to employ facilitation for this important event to:

1. Support the council and partners in designing and planning for the event
2. To facilitate conversations and debate on the day with the aim of arriving at priorities and joint areas of action
3. To feedback the results of the Conference in the form of a report and present the findings to our partnership meeting

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.

To submit a quotation you will be required to 'Opt In'.
