Bromley Council (the Commissioning Authority) is seeking to appoint an architecture-led multi-disciplinary team with experience in civic and historic buildings. The project is to improve and enhance the borough's library sites, to enable the library service to flourish and adapt, so that it continues to provide an excellent community service.
