CEFAS20-28 RFQ Video and Media Services (BlueBelt)

1. x 5 minute video

Storyboard and create a 5 minute high production value film on the UK government's Blue Belt Programme. It would facilitate the communication of the achievements of the Blue Belt Programme, through an engaging and informative format. The film will be used to promote the programme at conferences and events, such as UN Climate Change Conference (COP26), and across digital platforms.

The video will include visuals and talking heads and possibly require a voice-over and graphics to support communication of key messages, as well as subtitles for accessibility requirements. The video must align with Blue Belt Programme brand guidance and a pre-existing outro already exists.

It is anticipated that most of the film would be created from pre-existing professional film, already shot by the Programme for training and other uses. However, an early assessment of any gaps in footage is recommended and additional stock film may need to be purchased. Clips of the main film would be used to support other events and communication opportunities and channels, such as featuring on Blue Belt's social media platform/s.

7. x short complimentary videos

The Blue Belt Programme works across 7 UK Overseas Territories. Cefas would like to complement the main film with 7 short (30 seconds to a minute) spin off videos for each of the UK Overseas Territories - all of the same format.
