Quotation for feasibility work for a new Archives Centre in Sandwell (stage 2)

Sandwell Libraries and Archives would like to explore feasibility for a new Archives Centre for Sandwell. This is to replace the existing facility at Smethwick Library and a smaller store at West Bromwich Town Hall, both of which currently do not meet the required standard for the storage of archives and additional storage outside of Sandwell which does meet the standard, where public records are stored.
