The Metropolitan Borough Councils of Dudley and Sandwell, and Wolverhampton City Council, are looking to select one or more term contractors with a proven background of service delivery in the application of surface treatments including microsurfacing, surface dressing, retreading and slurry seal to carriageways and footways in an urban environment. Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council will also have the opportunity to use the contract.
The initial term will be for 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months at the Contracting Authority's discretion.
