PH0182-1: Knowledge Services

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to procure a Knowledge Management service.

The Provider will be expected to run an online library service for the Public Health Directorate Staff and Council Directorates including through access to the BASE Libraries.

The Base-Library Consortium, collectively known as BASE, is run via Base-library.nhs.uk which provides access to the services and collections of NHS libraries throughout Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. BASE members can use all 20 BASE libraries - only needing to join once to access over 90,000 resources.
