The contracting authority, NDA Properties Limited, is issuing this early engagement notice to ascertain current market readiness to participate in a future tender process for this project.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and slow return of the construction industry as a result of the government lockdown lift in restrictions, we are engaging with the market to ascertain appetite for the scheme and certainty of a positive outcome to a tender process at this time.
