EEM Ltd are conducting a market engagement process and are inviting respondents to complete our Market Engagement Questionnaire to help us obtain market and industry feedback in relation to the procurement of a New Build Development Framework to provide EEM Members with a compliant route to appoint new build contractors for the following:
- The new build construction of residential properties including homes for private sale, affordable rent, shared ownership and rent to buy.
- Extensions and refurbishments to new build properties.
- Care homes, assisted / supported living developments.
- Non-traditional housing such as Panelised or Modular units, other MMC solutions and mixed schemes of traditional and non-traditional homes managed as a package under a main contractor.
The Framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months and include direct selection and mini competition routes and will be procured with current important agenda at the forefront of the process including prompt payment code and supply chain, carbon zero and future homes standard, latest building regulation compliance and social value.
All information is given as a guide and in good faith at this stage but is subject to change.
The feedback received to this questionnaire from respondents will be treated as confidential and will be used by EEM to help make decisions on the final procurement plan and will work alongside any other engagement and appraisal work undertaken. We are not requesting information that is confidential and would ask that respondents only share information that is not confidential, and that you have approval to share with EEM.
Organisations interested in completing our questionnaire and providing feedback can obtain the questionnaire using the steps below.
- Go to the portal https://xantive.supplierselect.com
- If you need to register a new account follow the prompts to register your organisation for a Xantive account.
- When you sign in select 'Public Projects' from the menu (top right). A list of all open opportunities will be displayed.
- Select 'New Build Development Framework - Market Engagement Questionnaire' from the list of projects and then 'Create Opportunity'. That will give you access to the questionnaire document.
- If you do wish to submit a response, do so before 17:00 on Friday 11th February 2022. You can submit by selecting submit and ensuring that you wait for the 10 second countdown and then click the confirm button and the status will change from "Accepted" to "Submitted."
EEM would appreciate your feedback to the questions listed within our questionnaire document any additional information or feedback you would like to share with us. Feedback can be provided in the questionnaire document or in an alternative format you would like to present it in.
