Renovation and Internal Alterations to Cringleford Sports Pavilion

The Sports Pavilion located at NR46XF has building control permission for a full renovation with internal alterations. This includes a new electrical layout, alterations to internal walls, complete re-fit of kitchen, toilets and changing rooms and new floors and doors throughout. Cringleford Parish Council are now ready to take this scheme forward and are looking for a contractor with availability to take the work on and a history of similar successful projects.

The work should be carried out in 2020, as soon as possible - date to be agreed with the successful applicant.

Your tender must be submitted in hard copy or via email and shall be addressed to: SMG Architects, Willow House, 9 Willow Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1EU or willd@smg-architects.co.uk. Your tender shall be returned not later than 12 noon on Friday 8th November 2019. Tenders received after this time/date will be disregarded from the Tender Process.

The completed Form of Tender - price and programme details - must be placed in the white envelope provided and sealed.

There must be no further markings on the envelope. This sealed envelope must then be posted/delivered within the outer envelope (also provided) to the address as detailed above.
