description

This tender is specifically for an agency to develop and deliver an awareness raising and behaviour change campaign as part of our commitment to Zero Carbon Craven between October 2021-March 2022.

The campaign will:

  1. Use the decarbonising Skipton project to encourage the wider community to think about the steps they can take to reduce carbon emissions and help tackle climate change.
  1. Improve the understanding of low and zero carbon and inspire residents and communities to reduce energy use across the district. The plan will be designed and delivered using behavioural and cultural change concepts.
  1. Focus on residential energy use and in particular low carbon retrofit of housing
  1. Empower community groups to drive behaviour change on the Council's behalf, pushing the net zero message as a community rather than just from the council to the community.
