Requirements:
| • | ICS workforce planning training to be provided to up to 200 clinical/ operational/ workforce leaders |
| • | Programme to include- Initial diagnostic/inquiry with key stakeholders to give an assessment of where we are now to give us a baseline including engagement with senior leaders |
| o | From this we could work up an ICS Workforce Strategy that describes where we are now, where we want to get to and our journey to get there |
| o | This will also help with evaluation of impact and ROI of the programme |
| • | Training interventions co-designed with us (utilising 6 steps and incorporating HEE STAR, Wessex Model) |
| • | Hearts and minds engagement piece |
| • | Virtual delivery of training/learning |
| • | Cohorts based around care pathways (or other) that will have champions (clinical, ops, HRBP) and enable wider stakeholder engagement |
| • | Coaching and mentoring of champions/advocates for depth of learning and to lead development of workforce plans |
