Publications - Editorial and Production Management Services

Royal Armouries is seeking editorial and production management services to develop and deliver a number of publications over a period of 18 months. The contract being tendered is divided into three lots:

LOT 1 Editorial, production management and typesetting services to develop and deliver academic publications for the Royal Armouries including two monographs, conference proceedings and the Royal Armouries Arms & Armour journal. A Royal Armouries style template to be provided.

LOT 2 Editorial and production management services to develop and deliver general publications for the Royal Armouries including guidebooks, art book and our introduction to Arms & Armour series. Design and artworking for these publications to be carried out in-house.

LOT 3 Concept, authorship, editorial and production management services for the design, development and delivery of publications for children for the Royal Armouries including children’s guides for each of our three sites. Design for these publications will be outsourced.

Prospective tenderers should be advised that those intending to apply for more than one Lot must demonstrate the necessary capacity and contingency as well as the relevant experience.
