DBC (MH) Pre Procurement Market Engagment for Parking Services

Dacorum Borough Council is currently conducting a comprehensive review of how Parking Services are delivered. For that reason the Council is keen to explore all options or solutions that may be currently available in the market for these services. As part of this review The Council is conducting a pre-procurement market engagement process to explore these options and better understand business, technological and innovative solutions that are available. In addition this will allow the Council to gauge the level of market interest and on what terms solutions can be delivered.

The purpose of the market engagement is to allow and enable potentially interested organisations with appropriate expertise and relevant experience to:

• oOutline and generate initial views/ideas around the outcomes, scope and the potential procurement strategy (i.e. with no commitment to themselves or the Council).
• oEngage with the Council to understand its challenges, intentions and desired outcomes.
• oInform the Council of current business, technological and innovative solutions and market developments along with any indicative costs
• oEnable the Council to understand how the Current Requirements could be shaped and delivered.
• oExplain the potential options available to the Council.

Submission of the Provider Questionnaire must be received by 12 noon on Monday 8th May 2017.

A provider event will follow to be held on 17th and 18th May at Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN. Please note that the Council will only invite organisations with the appropriate expertise and relevant experience to the event.
