ORR wishes to review and benchmark the remuneration arrangements for its most senior executives to ensure that the organisation remains competitive at this level, and can recruit and retain the senior people it needs, from both the public and the private sectors, with the necessary strategic leadership, technical skills and experience to maintain and enhance ORR’s capability, effectiveness and credibility.
