Luton Borough Council is inviting bids to carry out Highway Condition Surveys primarily consisting of SCANNER, CVI, SCRIM and FNS surveys. The Borough is very compact and almost entirely built up. The highway network consists of approximately 68km of Classified Roads, 401km of unclassified roads, 914km of footways, 32km of cycleway and 19km of Public Rights of Way.
