1168C ITT For Gateway House New Lobby and External works (Revised),at De Montfort University, Leicester

De Montfort University took over ownership of the Gateway House Building around 1995 and car parking. The extent of the freehold land can be seen in Section 4.0 - Drawings reference Existing plan. New entrance lobby and external works (hard and soft landscaping) is to be completed in early August 2019.

The key works for this specific project consist of the following:

• oConstruction of New lobby area and access routes in to existing building and associated services.
• oConstruction of new hard landscaping/ Ramps and benching and associated facilities and noted in drawings.
• oNew and Reuse of existing cycle storage in new locations - both covered and uncovered ( Re use of existing covered units and some stands)
• oRemoval of existing drainage
• oNew drainage and new perimeter drainage
• oDrainage reconfiguration works.
• oSoft Landscape Planting
• oHoardings surrounding site and compounds including building facing.
