South Tees Site Company Ltd (STSC) are seeking a full access/scaffold service, in order to ensure that their site is kept safe, and to allow for essential maintenance and inspections to be carried out.

Brief Description of Requirement:

STSC Ltd is a top tier COMAH Site. Risk assessment, permits to work etc is a standard requirement for any work carried out on site.

Site visits are mandatory in order to bid for this requirement. The site visit will be held on the morning of Thursday 7th September and the afternoon of Tuesday 12th September. Please note, a fully signed Non-Disclosure Agreement must be received by UK SBS through the eSourcing Portal prior to the site visit. Bidders WILL NOT be permitted to attend the site visit without prior signing of this document. Site Visit attendance must be booked in advance.

The contract duration is 12 months with options to extend for a further x2 12 month periods.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.

Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by emailing expressionofinterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk.

Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. The Sourcing documents can then be accessed on the eSourcing Suite at: https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk using the instructions detailed in the Specification documents within Contracts Finder.
