description
The Council wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier for an end to end Solution to purchase traffic and pedestrian count data processing services that is compatible with existing video data collection hardware. In addition, there is also a requirement to purchase video data collection hardware, should the need arise over the contract period, that is compatible with the existing data collection hardware mentioned above.
The Council is also seeking to establish details of the possible use of ANPR for Origin and Destination Surveys as and when funding for this hardware is made available.
