Provision of Shopfitting services

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of shop fitting services to the retail outlets at the Roman Baths, the Fashion Museum and the Victoria Art Gallery managed by Bath & NE Somerset Council. This Contract is formed of two parts. Part 1 - To provide a detailed cost estimate for a set of new fixtures based on the drawings and materials specification provided see Appendix A. To produce a complete set of CAD drawings and confirm the materials specification of the agreed designs based on the design drawings supplied. Any CAD drawings should be supplied in both electronic and paper format. To install the fixtures to the timescale agreed. Part 2 - To act as preferred supplier to provide small works and additional shopfitting to the retail outlets at the Roman Baths, the Fashion Museum and the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath when required for the period 1st March 2016 to 28th February 2018, with a further possible extension of one year by mutual consent.
