description
14-18 NOW is looking for a digital PR agency or individual to devise and deliver a high profile digital ambassador programme, and manage a creative digital content plan, working alongside our public relations and marketing agencies.
We are looking for comprehensive experience of managing digital public relations, ideally within the arts/heritage sector. You will have outstanding online media contacts, a strong track record of managing digital ambassadors and significant experience of gaining digital coverage for a creative programme. You will have good contacts at the main social media companies and be up to speed with new developments and trends.
The successful agency or individual will work closely with our public relations and marketing agencies to plan and deliver an integrated communications strategy for 14-18 NOW's final 2018 season. The main focus will be to create an ambassador programme for 14-18 NOW with social media influencers, bloggers and vloggers to help promote the season through strong relationships and creative ideas. You will also develop a creative content plan and oversee production and seeding of shareable content such as films and live social media broadcasts.
Additional information: Response to the Brief
Agencies and individuals are requested to submit credentials that detail:
| • | Relevant experience and give examples of similar work undertaken |
| • | How the agency/individual would project manage the work and who would be the lead contact(s) |
| • | Outline approach to developing a creative solution to the brief |
| • | Outline project costs, timeline and milestones |
| • | Complete the Company Questionnaire attached as Schedule 2 |
All tenders returns will be evaluated equally in accordance with the above criteria.
Shortlisted agencies will be invited to meet with 14-18 NOW to discuss the project further. We are not expecting agencies/individuals to come with a fully-developed strategy, but to come prepared to discuss ideas and direction for 14-18 NOW based on their experience of managing digital PR campaigns, ambassador programmes and content production.
It is also an opportunity for both sides to discuss and ask questions.
