Portsmouth City Council, 'the Authority', is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Suppliers to provide a cloud hosted web based GIS system.
Portsmouth City Council's Information Service provides GIS to approximately 1500 users, using various systems. The main applications include MapInfo Professional, iShare (Aligned Assets) and MapInfo ProViewer. GIS is used by many Council departments, and the data used in these systems is crucial to everyday working and decision making.
