StartEast: Building the Cultural Economy

Norfolk County Council wishes to appoint a provider to deliver an evaluation of StartEast: Building the Cultural Economy, a transformational programme which seeks to place the cultural sector at the heart of economic growth across the region. It is a specific requirement that the service provider has in depth knowledge of and demonstrable experience in evaluating cultural sector-led economic development initiatives of national significance.
