The Services are the provision of specialist support in the following areas:
A supplier to work with the EWR Co. Customer Strategy team to deliver a Detailed Market Analysis of EWR future customers who are at the heart of decision making and inform the business in its planning, design, delivery and operation.
To provide a detailed market analysis of to establish the customer base considering the three connection phases of East West Rail and community developments. The work will analyse behaviours and expectations throughout these stages and beyond and report on what this means for EWR Co and its market positioning.
