The Council requires a s system or software package that enables Haringey Council to:
Provide live reporting and updates on compliance activities across all 6 key compliance areas, initially including but not limited to
| • | Fire Risk and Fire Safety (Assessments and Equipment) |
| • | Landlord Gas Safety certificates and PPMs |
| • | Electrical Inspection Reports |
| • | Asbestos Reinspection |
| • | Lift thorough inspection and maintenance inspections |
| • | Water Risk Assessments and management of legionella. |
The system will:
Help manage and allocate actions and capture ownership, and reporting evidence of action completion.
