Arcadis will provide competent, practical, and proportionate support to address priority areas requiring improvement. The support will focus on six core themes:
⬢ closing out audit findings and establishing a clear evidence-based audit trail of actions taken;
⬢ strengthening fire safety assurance processes and documentation standards;
⬢ clarifying and formalising responsibilities between Cafcass, landlords, and Facilities Management (FM) providers to remove ambiguity and ensure statutory duties are clear;
⬢ improving the quality, consistency, and completeness of risk assessments across the estate;
⬢ enhancing contractor management and maintenance compliance, particularly where responsibilities sit with FM providers or landlords; and
⬢ providing technical input into the review and update of policies, guidance, workflows, and supporting documentation.
