DSRL are seeking to appoint a consultant to conduct Leadership Development activity as follows:
- Develop and improve the effectiveness of the Exco Team as a group
- Develop the effectiveness of the teams led by the individual members of Exco
- Maintain consistency with the NDA's Leadership Standard
