To provide maintenance of DVB-T television annunciator system and incorporating division bell system throughout the parliamentary estate and other nominated buildings.

The system cannot be broken down into Lots as it is interlinked and indivisible. To do so would compromise the integrity of the system, which is considered essential to the business of the House’
