description

Moat Foundation is the social value arm of Moat Homes Limited and co-ordinates a range of projects across Moat's areas of operation where there are high levels of deprivation. Moat Foundation has established community hubs in some of these areas, from which a range of community activities are delivered, offering opportunities to local people of all ages.

Moat is seeking a provider to manage four of these hubs, located across Kent, delivering activities as well undertaking the facilities management aspects of the hub operations.

Moat is looking to appoint a single provider to deliver the services under this contract and it will, therefore, not be split into lots.

The contract is anticipated to commence on 7th September 2020 for an initial period of 2 years, with options to extend for a maximum period of 4 years.
